Terms and Conditions of Providing Services Via Electronic Means
§1. Basic Information
- This regulation is the regulation of providing electronic services via the website: theroyalkitten.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
- The owner and entity providing electronic services through the Website is: Anna Domke-Larkin conducting sole proprietorship in Pontefract, UK (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).

§2. Types and Scope of Services Provided
- The Website contains basic information about the business activities conducted by the Service Provider: behavioural consultations.
- Paid services are marked in such a way as to leave no doubt that using them is associated with the obligation to pay.
§3. Technical Conditions for Using the Services
- In order to properly use the Website, you should have:
- a device (PC, tablet, smartphone) with an internet connection,
- a web browser,
- if you want to subscribe to the newsletter, you will need to have an email address,
- if you want to make an appointment via our visit reservation system, you will need to have an email address and a mobile phone number.
- The publication of unlawful content on the Website is prohibited.
§4. Reservations
- Through the Website, you can book a date for a behavioural consultation or cat care during your absence. This service is chargeable.
- To use the service, you must fill in the reservation form and provide: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, and address details.
- You will also receive confirmation of the booking in the form of an email to the email address you provided.
§5. Reporting and Reviewing Complaints
- Everyone using the Website has the right to file a complaint.
- All complaints, comments, and reservations can be directed to the following address: contact@theroyalkitten.com
- The complaint should contain:
- Your name and email address,
- a detailed description and reason for the complaint,
- Your demands, suggestions, and requests.
- The complaint procedure lasts 14 days.
- We provide responses to complaints by email.
§6. Dispute Resolution
- By accepting these regulations, you agree that in the event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve it together amicably. The time for negotiations will be 3 months from the day of claiming by me or you. If we do not find a solution within the specified period, we will be able to take our claims to a common court.
- In the case of providing services for a consumer residing in a country other than Poland, we agree that the matter will be recognized under Polish law. This agreement does not deprive you of protection granted to you under non-excludable provisions and under the law.

§7. Personal Data Protection
